In short
- You can cancel within 14 days if you haven't started the download.
- Once the download starts, you lose that right, because you asked for instant access.
- This never affects your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.
Change of mind
UK law gives you a 14-day cancellation period for online purchases. For digital content, you lose this right once the download starts, but only if:
- you gave your express consent to instant access, and
- you acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel (these are the two tick-boxes before checkout), and
- we have confirmed this to you.
We email that confirmation to you with your order.
If you haven't downloaded yet
Email us at cjmbusiness777@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
If it's faulty, can't be opened, is missing files, or is not as described
Email us at cjmbusiness777@gmail.com with details. We'll fix or replace it. If we can't, we'll give you a price reduction or refund as the law requires.
How refunds work
We'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of agreeing the refund.
