1. Who we are
cvisuals is a trading name of Cameron James, a sole trader. Our legal name is Cameron James.

2. What you're buying
You are buying digital downloads: prompt template files, and any guide listed on the product card. The product descriptions on this site form part of the contract between you and us.
3. Who can buy
You must be 18 or over to buy. By ticking the box, you confirm that you are.
4. Price and payment
Prices on this website are in pounds sterling. Any VAT or sales tax that applies to your order is calculated by Payhip and shown at checkout before you pay, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We are not VAT registered. Payment is taken by Payhip.
5. Delivery
You get your download immediately after payment, by a download link from Payhip and by email. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder, then contact us at cjmbusiness777@gmail.com.
6. Contract
The contract between you and us is made when we or Payhip confirm your order.
7. Your 14-day right to cancel, and how it ends for digital content
You normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download starts, as explained on our Refunds & Cancellation page.
8. Your legal rights
Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If it isn't, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement. If that's not possible, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund, as the law provides.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
9. What the templates are, and what they aren't
The templates are prompts for use with Claude Code. Results vary with your Claude plan, model, usage limits, settings and your own inputs.
We don't promise any particular result, view count, income, audience growth or business outcome.
10. Third-party tools
Claude and Claude Code are Anthropic products. We don't control them, their prices, their limits or any changes to them.
11. Our liability
We don't exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to exclude.
Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the product, to the extent the law allows.

13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy applies to your purchase.
14. Law
The law of England and Wales applies to these terms. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring claims in your local courts.
